We produce stunning images that will attract more attention to your listing, using top of the line camera equipment with off-camera flash to ensure accurate color and lighting in every shot. We capture the aesthetics of each listing and focus on telling the story of each property. We understand the importance of light. angles, framing and have the experience to use those elements in creating stunning images.
Still Images
Cottage 1500 - 3000 sqft

Includes 30 interior and exterior still images. Matterport Virtual Tour, 5 Aerial images, property website, teaser video and property fliers.
Colonel 3005 - 5000 sqft

Everything in the Cottage Package while adding more images (40 in total) and 10 Aerial Images, more Matterport scans. Matterport "Matter Tags" will be added to callout features of the home such as nice finishes and fixtures.
Modern

Designed for larger properties, the Modern includes everyting from the
other packages while providing 50 - 60 interior / exterior images, Matterport Virtual Tour, 10 -15 Aerial Images.
Aerial

Aerial images includes 10 - 15 images. Taken from multiple perspectives, altitudes and distances. Custom graphics showing the property line and points of interest are included with in all packages.
Virtual Tour

Matterport Virtual Tour include, floor plan, dollhouse, exterior 360 panoramics, custom highlight reel, Mattertag call outs of custom features of your property.

FAQ
Scheduling your shoot.
Please try and schedule as far in advance as possible, it is best to schedule about a week in advance to ensure convenient timing for you and your sellers, but we are often available on reasonably short notice. It is imperative to provide your sellers with sufficient time to prepare their home to be photographed. We also understand it is especially important to have the photos ready to upload as soon as the property goes into MLS, please consider this when scheduling photos & preparing to put your listing online
When will we get our photos?
You will receive an email with your gallery within maximum of 24 hours (sometimes less). You can download all the images using the PIN provided from the gallery but also share them.
How many pictures will we receive?
Dependent on the square footage of your property and the package you choose, you can expect between 36 and 40 images for a standard 1500 to 2500 sq ft home.
